actually her voice is good but i really hate their music. I think they made EVERY song sound lawrence welkish and how can they be considered "original". They just seem like ok musicians with ok music thats on the boring and sappy side. They dont seem like they have much personality either..... even compared to somebody from that time like John Denver etc....at least he seems true to who he was...an earthy hippy type guy......they just seem boring.

I think your confusing true talent with some of the artificial talent they have on the radio these days..Anyone can sing now (look and Kanye West) Karen Carpenter had the voice of angels...Maybe you don't like their type of music but you must admit her voice was phenomenal..
